Ingredients

2 oz RR Vodka
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Simple syrup
1 Egg white
2 oz Tonic water
1 oz Grenadine
1 Lemon rind, for garnish

Method

Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and RR Vodka to a shaker.

Shake with no ice for about 40 seconds to build a rich froth.

Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in the mix, about two-thirds of the way up.

Gently top with tonic water for some fizz and finish with the grenadine.
