Ingredients

2 oz R&R Vodka
2 tsp Simple syrup
1 Egg white
2 oz Tonic Water
1 Lemon rind to garnish
1oz Grenadine

Method

Add your lemon juice, sugar, egg white and vodka (or gin) into your shaker.

Shake with NO ICE to get a nice froth. Shake for about 40 seconds.

Add your ice into two glasses and pour the contents about two thirds of way up each glass.

Gently pour in some tonic water to top up your glass and add some fizz.

Garnish with lemon rind.
