Ingredients

1½ oz RR Vodka
4 pieces Jalapeño
½ Lime
1 pinch Fresh cilantro
1 oz Passion fruit syrup
1 splash Simple syrup

Method

Add the cilantro, jalapeño pieces and simple syrup to a shaker and muddle.

Add ice, RR Vodka, the juice of half a lime and the passion fruit syrup, then shake vigorously.

Rim a glass with Tajín and fill it with fresh ice.

Strain the mix into the rimmed glass.
